I did not expect such a small place, literally for 3-4 tables. I asked to remove something from the dishes, because I can't eat everything, but they refused to meet me in any way: we have such a serve, the cook sees it that way. As a result, I took poached eggs, which turned out to be filled with a slightly strange sour whipped mousse. Drinking coffee is probably OK, but sitting in the morning, taking your time, with a healthy breakfast is not the right place to milk me

It is often a pity that you can only give five stars, because some establishments, and especially the people who created them, want to give 10 out of 5 possible ones. This institution is exactly one of these.
A very small and cozy place in one of the oldest buildings in Minsk, you go down a couple of steps and find yourself in a warm atmosphere of sincere hospitality. There are only a few tables and a cozy bar counter, which allows you to sit back and start the difficult choice of something special and interesting from an already carefully verified and verified menu. Already reading the menu, you realize that your mouth is watering in anticipation of the upcoming treat and expectations do not deceive you here. The guys are very, very helpful with the choice, telling you in detail and in detail about each dish. And after this story, I want to try everything!
I chose pearl porridge with shrimp and it was a great hit! The pearl barley is tender and feels like it has been languishing in cream for a long time, soft, but still retaining its texture. The creamy taste of porridge is set off by fried shrimp and bonito chips. In general, it is satisfying and at the same time very interesting in terms of taste sensations. Eggs Benedict are served with the author's mango-based sauce.
And the plates with a big breakfast are worth coming to try them all!

Probably it would have been very tasty for us in This cafe, but right off the bat everything went wrong because of the boorish attitude of the staff. When we entered, there was one empty table, but we were told that it was occupied and we were put at the bar. The bartender/waiter rolled his eyes every time we asked a question. Through our teeth, our order was accepted, then another table was vacated and when we asked if we could move, we were told that no, since all the tables were occupied, although no one was sitting at two tables and there was no "reserved" sign. It all ended with us freaking out and saying that we were leaving, they tried to fend us off that the food was already being prepared, so we couldn't leave (seriously?!), so we paid the bill and left without waiting for the food.
I have never experienced a more boorish attitude in an institution anywhere in the world.

We went to a cafe today with a dog (to mark a chihuahua that was sitting on his hands), and at the entrance to the institution we heard that "sorry, you can't go to a cafe with dogs..." at the same time, we did not notice a mark on the door (although it is also of a recommendatory nature)
And at that moment it became somehow quite sad, since we had visited this place quite often before…
It seems to me that in 2022, most establishments are already calm about tailed ones ... and it is very frustrating when a seemingly cool institution finds ways to lose profits....
