I would like to note the exceptionally high quality of services and accommodation. The hotel was selected externally because the flight was urgent and a hotel for (!) 32 nights was needed, the hotel was selected based on rating, location and price (for 32 nights / 2 people/ about ~ 22,000 baht). The hotel itself is located in a quiet side street of the southern part of Patong Beach, within walking distance of the beach, shops and Malin Market. It takes ~ 7 minutes to walk to Entertainment Street. My friend and I were greeted by a very polite and friendly manager (understands and speaks a little Russian), and a welcome drink was offered. The room was very clean and cozy, the view of the wall was initially confused, then they appreciated the complete isolation from all sounds, and since they only spent the night at the hotel, this fact was an advantage. I would like to note the high quality of daily cleaning, I once witnessed how beds are pushed back and everything is thoroughly washed, daily change of linen (white linen made of high-quality cotton) and towels. They give you a beach towel. On the 1st floor there is a station with free coffee/tea and hot water. The room has a refrigerator, a TV with Russian channels, and water is added daily. To be honest, I had the experience of staying in 5* hotels of global chains, and even there the cleaning was worse than the Benetti hotel. Previously, I always stayed at another hotel on Patong Beach with a price 50% more expensive, but now I will definitely choose the Benetti Hotel in the future. This is a truly phenomenal value for money. I definitely recommend you to stay. I wish the staff and the hotel prosperity and well-being. 10/10.
