The place is certainly not bad. Delicious cuisine, good equipment. The service is lame. We ordered a booth 2 weeks before the event. Snacks were not ready at the specified time. The waiter rarely came up, mostly they went downstairs themselves.

The worst place in the city. There are too many disadvantages-we will not come here anymore, and we will tell all our friends and acquaintances. We planned a bachelorette party with our friends, in this terrible karaoke... The food costs a lot, the portions are small, and they cook like in a diner. Pasta was ordered with mushrooms and chicken -there were 2 pieces of chicken and mushroom - for 5000 tenge... Well, that's tough. The chicken-tobacco was brought raw-was asked to be replaced. As a result , they brought us just overcooked . To which we once again asked for a replacement. The administrator came and said that the chicken was over... Take another dish. We ordered Caesar -it's better to keep silent Cheese plate-there is no cheese-a couple of pieces for 10,000 tenge... There are no karaoke acoustics, the neighboring booths are audible, everyone is screaming like crazy. The booths are very, very small, and you can't hear yourself singing... The music is not of high quality. In general, I do not advise you to come here under any pretext.
