I bought a Kercher steam cleaner. The store is very good, everything is very accessible, shown, told and explained. There is free delivery in the city and throughout the Republic of Belarus. I was very pleased with the purchase. The store has a large selection of Kercher, Huskvarna and Gardena products, so I couldn't resist and bought myself an excellent Gardena pruner, oil and a line for a trimmer.

Well, I can't say anything. Saturday is a working day at the store. We came with my wife to the store to get advice on the further purchase of the Kercher steam cleaner. What was the surprise when the store was closed (although it was supposed to be open according to the schedule). No one answered the phone. VK messages remained unanswered. No one responded to the messages on Monday. At about 12:00 I duplicated my question - silence; at 14:10 I knocked again - silence (I didn't want to call anymore).
PS. At 17:19 they answered ..... The desire to buy something in this place simply disappeared.
