It seems to me that this is not my first NEGATIVE review of this store. They sell LOW-quality GOODS, offering service after 5 days, after buying a new product, appealing to the list of non-returnable goods.... There are a lot of non-contracts, deception for the buyer, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!!!!!!

We contacted the service to repair the trimmer (it won't start). They promised to repair it in 2 weeks. Exactly 14 days later, they called and said that our tool was ready, the repair fee would be 112 bel. To the question-"Why so many?" they told us that the carburetor, oil seals, clutch disc were changed, the candle was replaced with the original one. Moreover, we have not been able to understand all these details of the original problem. Apparently, they decided not to look for the reason, but to change everything at once, and at our expense, maybe it will help. Okay, they changed it, so they changed it. We came to pick it up. Two mechanics, with an important look, began to "explain" to us how they changed everything in time, everything (allegedly) was on the verge, it was about to close itself. We went out into the yard-and that's it.... Something went wrong.... The trimmer didn't start! The "would-be masters" mumbled... And let's go fix it. We waited for 30 minutes, unfortunately, we didn't have time. They left. The next day we got a call that everything was ready. Have arrived. They explained to us that our carburetor was put in place, they said that the on/off button did not work for us initially (it wasn't like that), but they promised to fix it!?!? The amount for repairs was reduced to 77 rubles!
This tactic of "steaming" expensive parts was used not only for us! No one is going to warn about the replacement of parts, until the moment of return from repair!
That's not the point, the trimmer didn't start at home! We won't set foot in this "sharashkin" office anymore and we won't advise anyone! Until qualified craftsmen appear, that's for sure! Straining, smiling, confused receptionist girls, unfortunately, will not be able to help in any way!
