I am writing a great review about using this service for 3 years. Initially, it seems that the service is really decent, however, I fixed the same phone there, first they changed the motherboard, a little later the display. The phone did not beat, did not fall, and nothing happened to it mechanically. And so, less than a year after replacing the motherboard with this service, the phone just stupidly went out when it was picked up and only unlocked. Well, this phone had been lying for a year, it was forgotten and hands no longer reached it. Now we decided to sell, because another one was bought a long time ago, but before the sale we decided to take it for diagnosis....And according to the diagnostic results, they said that the replacement of the processor (which is actually directly connected to the board, which they just touched). The question of the reasons is a strong physical impact (fall / blow, etc.). To the fact that you say that it really did not fall and that the reason is their poorly done work on the motherboard argument: it was changed 2 years ago, and it was covered immediately after the end of the warranty period))) as a result, the phone, which now costs 500 buns, needs to be repaired for 480)))
As a result, my advice to you based on 3 years of treatment: if you have the latest iPhone of new models, spare your nerves, time and most importantly your WALLET. Because this service cannot apparently cope with any complex repairs, in addition to replacing the battery.
I was extremely dissatisfied with the service, I will never turn to it myself in my life and I do not advise you.

I have contacted this service twice. I had a positive experience both times. In the first case, all the information was transferred from the old iPhone to the new one. I managed to do it on my own by 50%. They didn't succeed on the first try, but they did it completely. No one demanded any additional payments. According to the price list. The second time, they warned that the application might not work as before. But everything ended well.

I highly recommend this organization.
I applied to replace the glass with an iPhone 11. They promised to glue it professionally, they said only a specialist would notice the replacement.
The screen was re-glued and returned by courier the next evening, as a result, there were stains on the screen and the lower part of the screen was poorly glued (when pressed, it bounced a few millimeters). I had to go back to return.
The next day they call back, they say:
- yes, the glass was really not glued, we will glue it! and the stains are probably from the installation, we will glue a protective glass to you and they will disappear.
This was said by EXPERTS in their field, obviously knowing their joint!
As a result, after these procedures with glued glass, the sensor stopped working correctly, and in the place where the screen was glued, it protrudes by several millimeters, it is very noticeable in the case.
What was I told :
This is not the original glass and it is thicker in this place, if you want the original one, you need to order it costs 500 rubles, which NO ONE initially told me and that the sensor would work correctly, too, no one said!

I do not advise you to contact, divorce, the sensor stopped working (presumably due to moisture), during disassembly they said that everything was very bad inside and the screen was only for replacement, and when it was removed, stripes went over it. I paid for preventive cleaning after water ingress (80 rubles). They offered to buy the phone, but we refused. A couple of days later I found a workshop where replacing the screen is much cheaper. During disassembly, it turned out that in beprime, when the screen was removed, the FaceID loop was torn and the inside of the matrix was scratched. Factory seals did not indicate the presence of water inside, although when calling from beprime they said that everything was bad inside. In the new workshop, they said that it was possible to simply re-glue the sensor, and everything would work, but beprime did not think so and also finished it off to the end, leaving only the option of replacing the whole module. As a result, as I understood, it was profitable for be prime to buy a phone for 300 rubles, which did not get water.

They came in the afternoon, said an hour and a half, although the site says from 20 minutes to 1 hour. A little longer, but cheaper than in others. But an hour and a half passes, I call, he says that the phone is lying disassembled on the engineer's desk – I'm not surprised, because we saw this engineer on a long smoke break. As a result, we haven't received the phone yet after 2 hours.

Now I will only contact you here with any repairs. Before them, I gave the Apple officials to tape the screen in the Iphone 12 pro. But they severely screwed up the screen for me: they damaged the layer between the wheelbarrow and the glass, they did not offer an optimal solution to the problem. I took it from the officials and brought it to BePrime. Upon acceptance, I was impressed by the competent consultation. The service is complete bullshit, you can immediately see that the reviews are screwed up.
I gave the tablet for repair, the next day they called and said that they did not know what the cause of the breakdown was and asked to pick it up (an alleged breakdown was announced, which was not confirmed, the repair of which would cost 80 rubles).
I sent it to another service, which identified the problem after 15 minutes. (By the way, in this service they would have charged 65 rubles for the previously announced breakdown.)
Therefore, I can safely say that the prices are higher than in another service, they did not show themselves in any way, the reviews were screwed up. I do not recommend it!

I chose this service center because there were the most positive and numerous reviews. I addressed the problem of replacing the battery. In order not to paint for a long time, the result is:
- after a week, the battery came off. I had to go to the center again so that the phone could be disassembled for re-gluing.
- when I first visited the service, I overheard one of the customers complaining that after replacing ONLY the battery, problems with the display began... The same thing happened to me, to which they replied that they were not to blame for this, but that I had not noticed it for half a year of operation and that I had a Chinese screen :)
- I put a new original reinforced battery. As a result, it worked exactly like a shrunken Chinese battery.
- and the most juice - IP protection was not glued, as a result of which, from a not serious fall (the phone was a good, expensive shockproof case), the screen broke, the protective glass without a single crack and chip, and the display, unfortunately, came to a complete end of the working career

Thanks to this service for a quick and high-quality repair. I should have written a review last summer, but I kept forgetting. I brought the iPhone X white - it didn't turn on, it was hanging on the wire. There are already 100,500 thoughts in my head that repairs will be very expensive. The guys were able to revive my phone for a reasonable price in 3 days. There was a soldering of the controller, the work is subtle. But the bottom line is that in other services, and there were 5 of them before them. Everyone climbed there and no one could figure out the reason, although they shouted that professionals would make any phone. And these guys are great. I liked. I will definitely bring them another phone for repair.
I also forgot to write that, among other things, they cleaned the camera windows from dust, which somehow miraculously got from other servers. That's it.

I handed over the phone so that it could be cleaned from the dust that had accumulated in the phone. The specific problem was that there was dust under the camera, there was a bad sound when shooting video and the volume up button was pressed badly. The fact that I would arrive was agreed upon approximately 5 hours before arrival. They said on the phone that everything would be done in about 30 minutes and would cost 30 rubles. I came to the service and explained the whole situation in more detail. They immediately began to ask if it had been repaired somewhere, etc. They immediately said that I was missing TrueTone. It's not clear why they told me this if I came to clean my phone. Initially, I was going to stay at their office, but later I had to leave. No one met the promised 30 minutes. I left my phone number and left. 1.5 hours later, a phone call arrives and the divorce begins: your phone is a Chinese ref, everything has been changed, etc. Again, what difference does it make if I came to clean my phone? Then they asked who and when the iPhone was bought. Regarding the button, they said that when the phone was disassembled, the masters forgot to put a bracket on the button and now it does not work well (other masters forgot). They offered to put it on for 20 rubles, which I agreed to. Then they began to overwrite that it was necessary to change the microphone cable that goes to the main camera. They said that they would replace it and if the problem did not go away, then they would not have to pay. I refused this and agreed only to the bracket. They said to wait for about another hour. I arrived a little earlier and the phone was ready. BUT: as soon as I pick up the phone and turn it upside down with the camera, it turns out that in 3 hours they did not even clean the phone from dust. The answer to this question just killed: - We considered that it is not advisable, because it is necessary to change the module. That is, initially I came to clean the phone from dust, but instead of doing the specified work, they did not clean it and counted the repair of the phone for a large amount. After that, I got angry and they offered not to pay for the bracket that was installed. Bottom line: they are trying to deceive you as much as possible, saying that your phone was rebuilt by the Chinese, and after all, you will not check it. Imagine such a situation, you repair the phone for half the price of the phone itself, it dies, you bring it under warranty. If I hadn't called, they would have kept it. This is already theft, guys, you need to be bored by the courts, allegedly you have problems with the bank and you cannot connect the terminal for card payment. So in the end they didn't give me my camera with a bent train at all. The prices are very high, there are no guarantees. No one offered a replacement phone. I waited 2 weeks for an "urgent" repair. 1 out of 5 is very overpriced. Think for yourself. I'm sure most of the reviews are screwed up here. And don't unsubscribe to me here, like it's not our fault, it's your phone. As a result, he brought a work phone with nfc, took it away almost dead without nfc. No one said a word to me before the repair, after the repair, that there would be no NSF, but that's still okay. The master lomaster was not convinced that the device was working correctly. When I took him away, he was lagging all over, this is a sure step towards the fact that some kind of power supply chain is in the short circuit. They fix the phones, but they can't get the alarm system from above. Judge for yourself)
