I had to leave Talgar and I told the employee about it. I was at the Berek bank on Gogol / Kaldayakov : the queues are long, there is nowhere to sit. My question lasts for the second week, as the employee lost a copy of my ID and did not solve my issue with unlocking the mobile application and the card itself. And also when contacting the call center several times - I was given different information on my question, and so far my question has not been resolved.
