I decided to issue a premium card - I changed my mind after the disgusting organization of the department's work. The queue for this type of card is not controlled by anyone, the waiting time is completely incomprehensible, the employee at the entrance could not even properly orient where to go / how much time it takes on average for 1 client and what waiting time). As a result, I spent 20 minutes of time, I couldn't become your client. Premium service, nothing to say :)

When I remember this bank, I shudder so much. The cases that remain in memory: I paid the ESP and applied for help from the state during the covid, but the payment from the bank did not pass and the esp was returned to me a month later, as a result, I did not receive 42500. And another case, I transferred 50 thousand to another bank, but the money was never debited from the account. As a result, there was a large debt on the card and I was never told where it came from. After the proceedings and the time spent, I found out for myself what happened.
All the other banks combined didn't cause me as much inconvenience as this one.
