I would like to mention the head of the department, Baybatchina Anarochka. I applied to the bank's branch after the cash registers were closed. She explained everything about the contribution, calmly, professionally! I called the nearest branch in the Morden Business Center. But unfortunately, when I arrived there, I did not see any interest, there was a residue that prevented them with my presence, on the part of the staff. I did not open the deposit. The next day, I came to Anara's place again. Both at the Tomiris manager and at the checkout, everything was quickly processed. Anara, in turn, explained everything, and together they chose the optimal conditions. I have very pleasant impressions of their work and my inner state of comfort at the time of the operation. I recommend this particular department!!! Girls for further career growth!

An extremely unpleasant experience of visiting a bank. I was in it for the opening of the map in December 2022, and the precipitation is still there. In total, the bank had two managers, a cashier and a security guard (he also kindly helped figure out how to get the right coupon and was generally ready to help at any time, perhaps the most pleasant employee of the branch). The bank was deserted, but in the end I still had to sit for 3 hours waiting for the manager to be ready to receive me and resolve the issue. And all because one manager went out for lunch, which for some reason dragged on for more than 2 hours, and the second manager (she was the eldest, as I understood it) was talking carelessly with her visitors (apparently, friends) all this time... the growing number of visitors did not bother anyone either. It was only when we all raised a wave of discontent together, realizing that the bank would simply close soon, that some kind of movement began. Customer focus is 0. I don't know if anything has changed since then, but in my understanding, everything shouldn't work like this
