I really liked this residential complex. Firstly, a very advantageous location. The wholesale shop, shopping center, Tolebi Street is not far away (transport goes directly, without transfers, to almost anywhere in the city). There are many eateries and recreation areas. There is a luxury car wash near the house. There is a large parking lot under and near the building. Well-maintained Playground. But the most important thing is the view from the upper floors of Almaty (Koktobe). All fireworks can be observed sitting at home drinking coffee or evening tea.
