I would like to share my shopping experience at the Beryozka store. Overall, I was pleased with my visit. Firstly, the store offers a wide range of products. Here you can find food, household chemicals, household goods and much more. This is convenient for those who are looking for everything they need in one place. Secondly, the prices in the Berezka store are quite affordable. I compared the cost of goods with other stores and was satisfied with the price-quality ratio. Thirdly, the service in the store was polite and attentive. The staff helped with the selection of goods and answered all questions. However, there are some points that could be improved. For example, sometimes the goods on the shelves are inconveniently arranged, which makes it difficult to find the right product. Also, sometimes there are problems with the availability of goods in stock, which can lead to customer disappointment. In general, I recommend the Berezka store to visit. Here you can find high-quality products at affordable prices. However, it is worth considering some points that may affect the impression of visiting the store.

I rarely come here, I like that there is a workshop on the ground floor where a male master can quickly fix shoes or a zipper without waiting, you can figure out on the spot whether he will fix something non-standard or not.

The store is so-so. On the ground floor there is a department with photos in which there is always no seller – then why do we need him at all? A rude cashier (on the right) is sitting in the dishes department, who apparently has problems with basic communication. I asked her if anyone worked in the photography department, and she answered as if I were interrupting the director from millions of deals. Instead of a normal response, she turned me down with a boorish phrase, "look at the schedule." But according to the schedule, the seller must be in place! Okay, let's say running between departments isn't her job, but what she spat out in response finally finished her off.: "Am I supposed to know?" Well, yes, I should. And she also has to not be rude to customers, and if her nerves are not going to hell, let her go to work where she doesn't need to run into people. In general, the staff here reeks of outright hillbillies, as if they were in a collective farm market. The only exception is the polite girl in the costume jewelry department on the third floor. She gets respect, and the store gets a plus one star for her. And the cashiers from the first floor will either be fined or taught polite communication with customers. Or better yet, go to the chicken coop, let them cackle there, since the collective farm style of communication is in their blood.

We have loved this store since childhood 😍as always, we bought school uniforms for the new school year and it was a holiday of holidays💥👍Years have passed and now we are not bypassing, as I visit the city, I will definitely come in to buy something new. I couldn 't stand the carpet ..3 sellers could not serve properly..everyone asked again.. What do you want?What..? While waiting for the loader, I paid off.. And when they turned it around.. There's the wrong carpet.. But it hasn't been cut off yet..they said they would not make a refund and cut it off..the one I didn't want.. I'm in shock😳
