If you are not a super special in this crowd and are not sure that you know exactly how to dress and behave and are going to this place for the first time, just forget about it and go to another club. You'll have to stand in a huge queue where they'll just say no in a second. People are not allowed in packs, in different clothes and with different behaviors. In my presence, out of about 40 people, only those who were personally familiar with the guards came in.
