I remember the times when the staff here were friendly, interested in customers and helped a lot with the selection. I went in yesterday and felt like I was in a swamp. A rotting swamp. The consultants, having probably inhaled too much hydrogen sulfide, lost touch with their human essence and, believing it unnecessary to condescend to communicate with ordinary mortals who want to update their wardrobe, became mired in chatter. Rudeness through actions and attitudes. I wouldn't be surprised if this shop closes soon.
