The pilaf is delicious, although there are several chefs (scalding)pilaf is cooked alternately in different cauldrons. Everyone has their own original handwriting and pilaf making technique. The service is there- normal. The interior is pleasant.

Rating 5, inexpensive, good service. Pilaf tui oshi and choykhona oshi. The kitchen is in plain sight, behind a glass barrier, there are cauldrons. You can see how they cook. You will come a couple of times, many people will like it

The gosht is pressed on a plastic board, you make a plastic tank on the oshshi Orn
No hot water, you wash the Colosseum in ice water
No way to take zacazzi without chilling, of course, the hormone fiber without cheques kere
They work in perchatka, when the perchatka is just like something helps, I don't see a man who washes with perchatka in the arm, it is better for them to quickly wash away what they eat in the absence of it

Delicious pilaf, not greasy, crumbly, inexpensive.
You order at the table, bring, give a check, go with a check to the cashier, pay.
In the evening, pilaf is still cooked, there are simple salads.
A lot of locals stand behind pilaf "with themselves".

During rush hour or lunchtime, of course, it's just a crush. There is no dispute about tastes, but for me this is not the best pilaf in Tashkent. Or I got on the leftovers and it was all very greasy. I would also like to diversify the menu and see pilaf with beef and without chicken. If you are a tourist destination, then it is not difficult to suggest that not everyone likes the smell and taste of mutton, much less chicken.

An authentic place to go to try pilaf in Tashkent. The menu is simple, actually, built around pilaf, but the portions are huge and very satisfying. There is also a floor where Turkish food is served.

Delicious! Pilaf is cooked right there on firewood in huge cauldrons. Nearby there are tandoori where tortillas are baked. Immediately warm and served. Pilaf can be supplemented with dolma or egg or other additives.

Clean, food is brought quickly, and the interior is decent (although it's just a dining room). Well, the most important thing is pilaf - it was my first pilaf in Tashkent, a month later it remained the most delicious in the city. For sure, the locals will say that I have not been to other best places.

In Tashkent for the second time, the locals advised to visit this place. It was an impressive start, as there were a lot of people. It means that they cook delicious food. I ordered a wedding pilaf (as the locals say that Osh). Excuse me Uzbeks, but I will be honest. Apparently, the meat in the pilaf is not castrated bull or adult sheep, the taste and smell are specific (in general, I did not like it). As for the rice in the pilaf, it was probably cooked about three hours before my order, it feels like the rice has already settled. Apparently, you need to keep track of the opening time of the cauldrons in order to taste the freshest pilaf. The situation was saved by the Greek salad, the ingredients in the salad are fresh👍 after all, Tashkent is a city of fresh vegetables and fruits. Regarding tea: they drink mostly green tea here, my blood pressure is low all the way and I asked to make tea with milk, it just so happens that in Kazakhstan they drink mostly tea with milk. To which the waitress patted her eyes and brought two teapots of tea, one green and the other black tea. I had to drink black. By the way, I explained myself in Kazakh and sign language, since Russian has left the chat, I do not understand Uzbek. The bill was not brought, as well as the menu, payment at the checkout, they said 94,000 soums came out - about 9 bucks. It's not that cheap per person. Paying in cash is out of the question. Oh, how Uzbeks miss Kaspi gold. Summarizing the above; in general, the place is not bad and, in parting words, I advise tourists to find out the opening time of the cauldrons in order to try fresh pilaf and get ready to taste meat with a specific smell and taste, I'm kidding :) maybe they like that here.

The pilaf is delicious, but I would say average, not straight wow, and yes, there are no dishes other than pilaf, so take this into account before going there.

We were in October 2022, we hit the most tourist peak, we were in the afternoon and there were a huge number of people. Despite this, we were seated at a table and served quickly enough. We ordered a wedding pilaf, a complex portion on the menu, everything is very tasty and not expensive. Prices in Uzbekistan, in principle, are not high everywhere, so here, too, the price corresponded to prices in the country. The atmosphere is impressive, but because of the crowd, the impression is a little blurred. In the end, you get used to it and don't pay attention to it. I liked everything.
