As a native of Tashkent, I can say that there are establishments where pilaf is prepared much better (although there are no comrades for the color and taste) The staff can only wish you well. I've been to 2 other branches, and the pilaf is the best there. But the pilaf in the Glinka branch is disgusting. The tendons in the meat are dry, there is almost no meat. Carrots are cut into horse pieces. It's just a disgusting pilaf
