One of the best Tashkent pilaf. The taste is good. It doesn't always come hot in cold weather, but that's excusable, since the cauldrons are outside. After the renovated interior, it became more pleasant. We have added a menu from Turkish cuisine, which is located at the entrance to the courtyard. It is convenient for large companies that do not all want pilaf. Pilaf with rice "Devzira" appeared on the menu. Overall a good place. However, the bathroom has been paid for a long time. Probably everyone has already got used to it.

Besh Kozon is a place where people come for classic Tashkent pilaf. The atmosphere is simple, without too much pathos, but the portions are large, the taste is stable, and the cooking process in huge cauldrons creates its own mood. Sometimes it can be crowded, but if you arrive on time, you can safely eat. In general, this is the place where pilaf remains pilaf: satisfying, fragrant and homely.

In the heart of Tashkent, amidst the hustle and bustle of the city, the Besh Qozon restaurant is located, which is famous for its exquisite pilaf. This unique restaurant offers not just food, but a whole journey into the world of Uzbek gastronomy. The spacious hall with a cozy atmosphere resembles a traditional oriental house, and the aroma of freshly cooked pilaf attracts guests from the first steps. Dishes are prepared here according to ancient recipes, using only selected products. The famous besh kozon, combining tender meat, bright spices and crumbly rice, fascinates with its taste and rich color. Visitors note not only the quality of the dishes, but also the high level of service. The waiters are polite and responsive, every customer feels welcome. The variety of the menu allows everyone to find something to their liking, whether it's classic pilaf with lamb or more modern variations of the dish. Besh Qozon is not just a restaurant, it is a place where traditions and modern trends combine, allowing you to enjoy real Uzbek tastes in a relaxed atmosphere. With Sh-M-NIM - you will taste not only the most delicious pilaf, but also visit other unique places in Uzbekistan!

It is a place where you can go with the family, which is busy due to its popularity serving in the garden and indoors, and takes orders quickly like an artisan restaurant, and then you need to find the same waiter when we want to add an order. The prices may be a little too much compared to national food restaurants, but it is not too expensive. In terms of taste, it was not very different from any national food restaurant in our opinion. If you have come to Taşkente, you should go at least once because it is very popular

If you want to eat real Uzbek pilaf, then here you are. There is a large cross-country area and therefore pilaf is prepared in large quantities and in large cauldrons, which gives a unique taste. I tried the "wedding" pilaf, with yellow carrots, raisins, chickpeas. They also put homemade horsemeat sausage and one dolma in the plate. The portion is very large. 💪 In general, if for pilaf, then here.

What a place this is!! Just a legend! The highest pilaf, the most delicious that I've eaten. Yes, I've been there twice for 3 days in Tashkent, and I even took it with me on the plane. We took it quickly, clearly, and satisfying: classic pilaf, spicy pilaf, lamb pilaf, katyk, ayran, compote, tea - I remember everything now

I stopped by the Beshqozon swim center - there are a lot of people, the place is on the move. Pilaf is really delicious, you can feel the experience and approach. With such a flow, it is important to maintain stability, and so far they are succeeding. I want to believe that they will continue to keep the bar and develop — the potential of the institution is excellent.

Before coming here, I visited many places in Uzbekistan. A lot of pilaf has been tried. The pilaf turned out to be the best here. I especially liked the teahouse. It's a classic. Lamb ribs, chicken, and everything is as it should be. Very tasty. I searched for one for a long time and found it only here. There is a large selection of pilaf for every taste. They bring it very quickly. It takes no more than two minutes from the order to the plate. Sorry for taking a picture of an empty plate, but otherwise you can't show how great the pilaf is. I recommend it!

It's a very authentic place. There are only 3 types of pilaf: mutton, beef + mutton, and the menu is generally small. The pilaf costs about 300 rubles. a serving. The portion is large. Locals also dine there (most of them). The pilaf is sooo delicious, the meat melts in your mouth. The waiters don't know Russian, and it wasn't easy to order.

It's a very cozy place, different seating arrangements, lots of space, you can sit at tables with comfortable chairs, you can sit on sofas with your family, fast service, courteous staff, caring managers. Delicious wedding pilaf, lots of meat, there are several salads, everything is fresh, pickled cucumbers are good for pilaf. The tortillas are delicious and lush. The restaurant is clean.

The principle of the order is as follows: sit down, the waiter comes up to you, place an order, a receipt is brought along with the order, at the checkout exit, you pay there. I took a special pilaf, with achichuk salads and a kettle of lemon tea, with service I paid 68,000 soums (~ 476 rubles). A portion of 0.7 pilaf is 400 grams. It tastes a little greasy and has a lot of pepper. And it's worth a visit. And yes, there are two Besh Qozons in the city. The one with the huge cauldrons at the address: 3ya Aklan str., 1, if I had known about it, of course, I would have gone there, of course, it is more atmospheric there. But in principle, I do not regret it, there will be a reason to return to Tashkent :)

In my opinion, the best pilaf in Tashkent is prepared here. Especially the teahouse. The portion is large, you can order 0.7 and it's still a lot, but the pilaf is so delicious that we eat everything every time and then barely roll out from the table.

Tashkent Besh Kozon. We were at the TV tower in Tashkent on November 3. And we went to have lunch at the nearby Besh Kozon pilaf center. Quite a democratic place. And affordable prices. A large area. A lot of people. Oriental flavor. We still did not understand the service scheme. There are a lot of waiters. It is also not clear who is responsible for what. Seven nannies have an unattended child. They asked to bring additional appliances, they barely waited after several reminders. It's the same with the plates. I also had to wait for the tortillas, who would bring them and when. They brought, alas, cold ones. Pilaf tastes inferior to Samarkand, which we ate there in the Center of pilaf N1. But in general, it's very good, considering the price tag. But it could have been much better with a good organization of waiters.

Delicious, beautiful and fast. The portions are hefty, the interior is pleasant, it's not noisy, although there were a lot of people. Wi-Fi is only available for 20 minutes per day. The toilets are clean, but the renovation is quite dilapidated. We ate a word for two, salad, compote - 140k soums. Payment is made at the checkout at the exit by table number. One drawback - it was VERY cold, greatly spoiled the impression!

I had lunch here 3 times during my stay in Tashkent. Everything was fine the first time. The second time I got a rude waitress who couldn't even say hello and took the order with a crooked face. I had to call another waiter who knows how to work with people. The third time they already knew me and gave me a Russian-speaking waitress, to whom I clearly told what I needed. As a result, they added additional 15 thousand soms, when they brought it, I immediately told them that I did not order it. To which she replied that it was a bonus. Well, I thought maybe a bonus for yesterday's incident, OK. As it turned out , it was driven into the account . I explained to the cashier that I did not order it, the bill was recalculated. PS: I am from Russia, and I am also a Muslim, it was very unpleasant to have lunch with you 2 and 3 times. Let your waiters be ashamed when they read this review. The pilaf itself is delicious.

An excellent institution, a must-visit in Tashkent. Choose places indoors, it's cooler there. It is interesting to walk through the kitchen, where there are huge cauldrons, it looks more like a hot workshop. Take the wedding pilaf, as quail testicles, dolma, and kazy are also coming to it. The pilaf here is gorgeous. I recommend compote, if tea, then green. Lemonades look beautiful, they taste terrible.

Complaint against the Beshqozon establishment (Nurafshon St.) I would like to officially record a complaint about the quality of products received at Beshqozon on Nurafshon Street. We ordered a wedding pilaf, but in the process of eating it, a foreign object was found in the dish, presumably hair (or other material visually similar to hair). ‼️ I note that this situation has been repeated for the second time. Last time, a hair was also found, but we decided not to file a complaint. Now we have to do it publicly, because the repetition has reappeared, which indicates a lack of proper quality control. I think that such a thing is unacceptable for a catering company. The presence of hair/foreign objects in food is a serious violation of sanitary standards, indicating improper cooking and storage conditions. I demand that you pay attention to the incident, check the sanitary condition of the kitchen and staff, and take measures to prevent similar incidents in the future. I am attaching the photo of the find and the receipt below as confirmation. I expect a public comment from the Beshqozon administration and hope for a constructive reaction.
