It has always been my best loved traditional plov center in Tashkent at a very reasonable price. The quality remains high. Staff is serving very fast. The kitchen is open for visiting to observe the cooking process, attracting tourists. The hall is decorated in Uzbek stile.

A truly atmospheric place to try authentic Tashkent-style plov cooked in massive cauldrons right in front of you. The open kitchen gives it a local charm — everything is fast, generous, and flavorful. Portions are large, and the plov is rich and satisfying. The version with kazy (horse sausage), quail egg, and achuchuk salad is especially recommended. Fresh bread and tea are served instantly. The interior is cozy, with both indoor seating and an open-air terrace. Despite the crowds, the table turnover is quick and service is well organized. It’s great for tourists and locals alike — a real Uzbek experience at reasonable prices. It can get a bit noisy during peak hours, but the atmosphere is lively and authentic. Highly recommended if you're trying Uzbek food for the first time.

They brought cold plov and when we asked to reheat or to bring another, waiter reaction was so bad. He took the food and went to his colleagues then started to talk with them and all of them were staring at us like it was our fault that we chose that restaurant. Once it was brought to our table, we tried but it was so cold and we waited for waiter to come to our table for 15 minutes. At the end he came and gave bad attitude. I didn’t expect like this experience to be honest. We wanted to enjoy the plov but they gave us bad experience.
