A truly atmospheric place to try authentic Tashkent-style plov cooked in massive cauldrons right in front of you. The open kitchen gives it a local charm — everything is fast, generous, and flavorful. Portions are large, and the plov is rich and satisfying. The version with kazy (horse sausage), quail egg, and achuchuk salad is especially recommended. Fresh bread and tea are served instantly. The interior is cozy, with both indoor seating and an open-air terrace. Despite the crowds, the table turnover is quick and service is well organized. It’s great for tourists and locals alike — a real Uzbek experience at reasonable prices. It can get a bit noisy during peak hours, but the atmosphere is lively and authentic. Highly recommended if you're trying Uzbek food for the first time.

It has always been my best loved traditional plov center in Tashkent at a very reasonable price. The quality remains high. Staff is serving very fast. The kitchen is open for visiting to observe the cooking process, attracting tourists. The hall is decorated in Uzbek stile.

A very disappointing overall experience; we were full of anticipation because we'd heard so many positive things about it. Coming from Germany, we wanted to enjoy the national dish, plov, in its country of origin. At first glance, the restaurant made a very inviting impression. Unfortunately, the service was very poor; the waiters were laconic and monosyllabic and somehow arrogant. We had to repeatedly ask them to bring us the rest of our order because they had forgotten most of our ordered food and drinks. Our plov was very disappointing; it was cold and greasy, which was a real shame! Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it!

I recently visited Besh Qozon in Tashkent, and honestly, it seems to have become far too touristy lately—the place is packed, and the hectic vibe takes away from what should be a relaxed meal. Of the four types of plov they serve, only two actually live up to the hype, while the others are rather underwhelming, and oddly enough, the better ones aren’t even available most of the time. If you’re after an authentic plov experience, you might end up a bit disappointed, despite the lively environment and big crowds. I’d recommend trying your luck here only if you don’t mind the chaos and are fine with limited tasty options.

Far overrated. Not worth going at all. Oily bland plov with cold meat and eggs. Tasteless salad. Impatient and unhelpful staff. No English at all. No free toilet. Two times power failure during our lunch after 1.30pm.

I was speechless of this resto. The Plov was the best one and many option to have the table either inside or outside. Service was also very quick even in high demand but still well organized. Guest can see directly the process of cooking the food. I would be back to this resto and fully recommended.

Besh Qozon is a solid spot I've visited many times. The food is consistently great, definitely one of the highlights. It does get pretty crowded and noisy at times, which can be a bit much, but overall it's a good place. Worth the visit.

I have been several times, most recent yesterday for iftar time. Fortunately came a little early got place to break fast. It's so overcrowded people were waiting for theit table. They have self service and waiters. Self service is more convenient no need to wait for service. You can visit the cooking area and have pleasant feelings. Even they have more 5000 review. Recommend.

Did was great. The ambience is awesome. The staff was very helpful and spoke English. The paper menu is in Uzbek, for English menu, you need to scan the QR code. But they have good WiFi, which was very helpful to scan the English menu on line.

We came today Beshqozon in Iftihor street. We ordered 3 palovs. They gave us 1 of them after 5minutes. And we waited anothe 2 about 30minutes. And there was another type of order. It was not thing that we ordered. The waiters name was Sardor.

If you are after the best plov then it's the right place, There are 3 types of plov addition of peanuts and chopping of meat make the difference between them. Service is good, however the last time when I have been there the service was bad, we had to wait for a long time, because it was peak hours.
