Very tasty pilaf - the waiter recommended wedding pilaf out of 5 types of dishes, and this pilaf turned out to be simply amazing - not greasy, the meat is very tender, the rice is crumbly, the spices are balanced. You can take not a full portion, but 0.7 servings - which I did, in the end, I still couldn't handle the pilaf to the end, since the portions are just huge. For dessert, I tried baklava - delicious, moderately sweet, not cloying, lots of toppings. I also recommend strawberry tea - it contains a lot of spices and berry puree, very tasty. The place is colorful, at first I thought it was a food court and you need to make an order yourself, but no, the waiters quickly approach the tables and take orders. And here is the payment at the checkout at the exit.

The oriental flavor is immediately felt here: light, movement, smells. The atmosphere is very lively, and that's why we came here. They took two pilafs, an achichuk, a flatbread, three dolmas and a decanter of compote. The check was about 900 rubles, and the prices are quite affordable. I liked the pilaf: it was hearty, flavorful, and one of the best we've ever tasted. The room is always full, the table had to wait a bit. Interestingly, you can observe the very process of cooking pilaf, and this creates a special mood. Overall, we were satisfied with the food and the atmosphere. More notes are in the tg channel. t.me/VokrugSvetaZaUikend

In autumn we visited Besh Qozon in Tashkent – and it was unforgettable! The atmosphere, the aromas of Oriental cuisine and the hospitality left the warmest impressions. I especially remember the fragrant pilaf, hot tortillas and the cozy serving of dishes in the national style. We visited two places: 41A Glinka Street, Tashkent and the main one (as it seemed to us) on Iftikhor Street, 1. The picturesque 2nd place: a lot of people, they did not come during rush hour))). The 1st place is more convenient: a closed cafe, comfortable seating. Now, knowing that the heat in Tashkent is over +30 °, we remember this cozy corner with its unique flavor with special nostalgia. I really want to plunge into this atmosphere again, but for now I can only dream from afar.… **Besh Qozon** is not just a place where delicious food is served, it is a piece of Uzbek hospitality that we sincerely miss! We will definitely come back! 🌶️🍚✨ And it is clear that Uzbekistan is not only pilaf. We were on a big tour of Tashkent. A day later we went to Samarkand- very cool. (though even finding a place to eat pilaf is a problem))) - or there were working days. But we walked around. It was very convenient to fly from Kazan to Tashkent, and fly back to Kazan from Samarkand. And one of the points is that you need some kind of local card for payment or UnionPay (not Russia). As it was, local money changers arrived at the hotel upon a call and calmly exchanged the money (slightly overpaid, but not critically - 5 points for the service!!!)

It's a very colorful place. There are a lot of people here, but they even seat groups, there are free tables. They are trying to serve it faster, everything is on stream here. While they were carrying the order, we went to see how the pilaf was prepared - the huge cauldrons were impressive, and a huge number of tortillas were baked in the ovens (you should definitely try them - they were hot, crispy, and just couldn't come off). Pilaf is offered in different ways (5 types), we tried it in olive oil - it's delicious. The portions are large, you can order 1 by 2.

Beshqozon is not just pilaf, it is a whole history of taste and traditions. I have tried pilaf in many countries and cities, but it is here that you understand why Tashkent is called the heart of Uzbek pilaf. Huge cauldrons, the aroma of spices, perfectly cooked meat and the finely balanced taste of rice — all this turns an ordinary lunch into a real gastronomic event. Each spoonful is like a small celebration: juiciness, richness and harmony of ingredients. In Beshqozon, pilaf is prepared as if for the most expensive guests. The atmosphere of the center resembles an oriental bazaar: it is noisy, bright, and there are always smiling chefs nearby who put their soul into their work. I'm sure if you're looking for the best pilaf in the world, it's right here. It's not just food — it's part of the culture, traditions and the real pride of Uzbekistan.

A must-visit place to enjoy pilaf. We took different options, I liked the wedding one the most - with chickpeas and raisins. And there was also a very tasty inexpensive fresh food being sold in a tent nearby. The furnishings are austere, but clean and there are plenty of tables. We liked everything! A special highlight is that you can walk around the "kitchen", watch how pilaf is cooked and cakes are baked. We were interested. The beautiful plate panel at the entrance deserves special attention.

The Pilaf Center in Tashkent is a very famous place. Therefore, when I arrived in Tashkent, I decided to have lunch there. Well, I really liked it. 5 types of pilaf are prepared right there, you can even watch the process. Very fast service, and on trust, you eat first, and then you go to pay at the checkout. If you don't know much about pilaf, then I would recommend wedding pilaf or Samarkan pilaf. There are two types of portions - full and 70%. Take 70, and that will be a lot. The only slightly unusual moment is a paid toilet in such a place, but this is not criminal.

I recently visited Besh Qozon restaurant, located in the Yunusabad district of Tashkent, on Iftikhor Street, 1. I want to share my impressions in as much detail as possible, because this place really left a noticeable mark in my memory – both in terms of cuisine, atmosphere, and service level. Atmosphere and interior The first thing that catches your eye is the cozy and modern atmosphere of the place. Despite the fact that the restaurant is focused on Uzbek cuisine and the preservation of national traditions, the interior is designed in a style that combines ethnic elements with modern comfort. There are spacious tables in the hall, and there is enough space even for large companies. The decor is tasteful: carpets, wooden elements, soft light. The music is calm, unobtrusive, creates a feeling of comfort and harmony. It is pleasant to be here both in the afternoon and in the evening – for a business lunch, a family dinner or a meeting with friends. Service and maintenance The staff works very well together. The staff is friendly, welcomes guests with a smile and immediately creates the feeling that you are welcome. The order is accepted quickly, while the waiters are well versed in the menu, can tell you in detail about each dish, recommend what is better to try. The waiting time for the order was pleasantly surprising – even during rush hours, the food is prepared quite quickly. Politeness and attention to detail are felt in everything from serving dishes to timely changing of appliances or adding drinks. Cuisine and dishes This is perhaps the most important thing. The restaurant justifies its name "Besh Qozon" – the dishes are really prepared with soul and according to traditional recipes. Pilaf is an absolute favorite. The rice is crumbly, the meat is soft, carrots and spices harmoniously complement the taste. The portion is generous, the serving is appetizing. Samsa is fresh, fragrant, with juicy filling. The dough is thin, ruddy, crispy. Shish kebab is one of the best in the city: the meat is juicy, fried just enough to preserve all the juices, and the marinade emphasizes the taste without interrupting it. Lagman and manti are also worth a try – the dishes are served hot, the aroma is literally mesmerizing. It is important that the products are fresh, the portions are large, and the taste is traditional, but the serving is neat and modern. Drinks and desserts The menu offers a wide range of drinks, from traditional green tea to refreshing non-alcoholic cocktails. It is especially pleasant that tea is served in kettles, as is customary in Uzbekistan, and you can drink it slowly throughout the meal. Desserts are also worthy of attention – they are fresh, delicious and perfectly complete the meal. Prices The pricing policy deserves special attention. The prices are quite adequate for this level of cuisine and service. They are slightly higher than in small establishments at home, but fully correspond to the quality. We can say that there is an excellent price–taste–atmosphere ratio. The final impression Besh Qozon is a place where you want to come back again. It is ideal for those who appreciate authentic Uzbek cuisine, but at the same time love the comfort of a modern restaurant. The cozy atmosphere, high-quality dishes, attentive staff and convenient location make this establishment one of the best in Yunusabad district. If you want to taste real national dishes in a decent atmosphere, be sure to visit Besh Qozon. I can safely recommend this place to both the guests of the city and the residents of Tashkent.

Beshkozon is a place that is definitely worth visiting if you want to try real Uzbek pilaf. Everything looks spectacular there: huge cauldrons, the aroma is all over the yard, you can see how the chefs cook right in front of you. The atmosphere is very colorful, it feels like I'm on a holiday. The pilaf itself is delicious, satisfying, the portions are large — you can safely eat one plate. The prices are average, which is quite normal for this level. On the downside, there are often a lot of people, especially at lunch, so the service can be slow. Sometimes the waiters don't immediately notice, you have to call. Well, not everything is perfect — salads or tea are served haphazardly, it is clear that the main focus is on the pilaf itself. Overall, the place is definitely worth a visit for the sake of the atmosphere and real taste. A great option for city guests and for those who want to experience the spirit of Uzbek cuisine.

We visited Beshkozon and were very impressed! The real taste of Oriental cuisine — everything was delicious, especially pilaf and kebabs. The portions are generous, the food is fresh, and the serving is beautiful. The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is friendly and attentive. I would like to mention the service separately — quickly, politely and without unnecessary fuss. It is clear that the place is kept with soul and respect for the guests. We will definitely come back again and recommend it to our friends. Thank you, Beshkozon, for a great evening!

An authentic place that is a must-visit Large cauldrons with various types of pilaf are an indescribable sensation Everything is fried in oil There are tons of rice in cauldrons, wrapped in seasonings, raisins, and carrots A separate place with tables is quite large, the place was found without any problems The service is friendly and cheerful as always We had one serving of pilaf with salad and flatbread for two Samsa was taken with them The lamb in the pilaf feels strong, although I don't like it and took a mix with beef, so if you're not a fan of lamb, it's better to wait until this kind of pilaf is cooked, where only beef is I am attaching the Menu that is relevant for the end of 2025 separately.

If you want to try not just pilaf, but a legend cooked in giant cauldrons on a live fire, then Besh Kozon (Five Cauldrons) is a place that should not be missed in Tashkent. This is a real culinary theater, where every serving is a masterpiece! Pilaf! We tried the Festive pilaf (Tui Osh), and it was incredible. The rice is crumbly, literally melts in your mouth, soaked in the aromas of cumin and saffron. Meat (beef or mutton, depending on the type chosen) is the softest, literally breaks down into fibers. And most importantly – the perfect balance: not too greasy, but at the same time juicy and saturated. The portions are very generous, one plate is enough to really get enough. Atmosphere and Service The huge, bright hall is full of life and energy. Especially impressive is the opportunity to see how chefs masterfully wield slotted skimmers in huge cauldrons – this is already part of the show. The service, despite the large number of visitors, is fast and courteous. All dishes, including pilaf, tandoor tortillas and the freshest salad "Achik-chuchuk" (tomatoes with onions), are brought very promptly.

An interesting place worth visiting for a tourist. There are several types of pilaf to choose from. They serve us quickly. The portions are large. Prices are lower than many tourist cafes. Pilaf is a bit greasy in our opinion. (We've already tried up to 10 pieces in different places.). The pilaf is delicious. The main thing is to choose the right one- the waiter in national clothes will tell you.

Besh Kazan in Tashkent is a popular place where pilaf is cooked right in front of the guests in huge cauldrons. The portions are large, the prices are reasonable, and the “wedding” and “tea house” pilafs are especially delicious. The atmosphere is cozy, the hall is spacious, and the service is usually fast even with a large influx of people. On the downside, the service is not always attentive, the pilaf can be quite greasy, and the toilet is paid. It's perfect to try real Uzbek pilaf, but you should be prepared for minor inconveniences.

I like to go to Besh Qozon in Tashkent when I want real Uzbek pilaf. There are large halls and a summer veranda, portions are always generous, and they are served fairly quickly. Most of all, I like the aroma and rich taste, especially of Samarkand and wedding pilaf. However, sometimes the rice is too greasy or slightly hard, and during lunch hours it can be noisy and crowded. The prices are not the lowest, but for me this place remains one of the best, where you can feel the atmosphere of a real pilaf and really enjoy the traditional taste.

How can you not love this place? Here you can try pilaf for every taste. Of course, the most interesting dish is made according to recipes from different regions of Uzbekistan. We were around 11 o'clock, and there weren't many people there anymore. We found a place in the hall quickly, and there was still a lot of pilaf to choose from. I liked the huge number of tables (there are more than 200 of them), of course, the delicious cuisine, in addition to pilaf, there is a very diverse menu. Well, in general, I liked the atmosphere.

A great place for pilaf lovers and for inviting guests of the capital. I've known this place since the beginning and it's at its best right now. Beautiful interior, lots of choice, the presence of other dishes, the presence of a bar (for fresh juices), fast service, good prices - this place is noticeably different from others. There is also a large parking lot and access to the cauldrons where the most important dish is prepared. The last time we went to have lunch with friends, the bill was 70 thousand per person.

Pilaf and samsa, which are why we love Uzbekistan. There are 2 things you need to know: 1. Take a place, it needs to be found, it takes time. You can take a video / photo of cooking, and you will do it after you eat. 2 Wi-Fi is free, but for 20 minutes once a day. If you want to order a taxi, you'd better wait until the end of the meal. A mini live hack, there's a stamotology on the other side of the road, where kind staff will give you a Wi-Fi to order a taxi if you've already used yours.
