The goods at the factory are presented well, the staff communicates politely, the delivery cost is atomic. 5 pallets for 320 rubles were brought 50 km from Minsk. All cars came to the house from a logging truck to a concrete mixer, Besser could not stop by-they were unloaded 300m from the house!!!! The driver said that this situation happens often. Dear Besser, you may need to change something, it is not convenient for your customers. As always, the service spoils the whole impression.

There were questions about the quality of the blocks: 1. some blocks had chips, 2. after installing the fence, efflorescences appeared (although everything was done according to technology, efflorescences appeared from the blocks themselves).
