A specialist was called in to install/replace the gas surface. We had a specialist, Ivan Shavlovsky (the next day after the request). The time was agreed upon as convenient for me. I arrived exactly at the appointed time. I was pleasantly surprised by the presence of shoe covers and gloves! Despite the difficulties (there were moments with the hose and access to the electrics, because all communications were behind the wall / appliances). The master did it quickly, efficiently, and accurately. He was polite.I have clearly installed, adjusted, and checked everything. We drew up a contract and issued a receipt. He gave information on how to use the equipment correctly. We were satisfied with the work done.

It is better to think about it several times than to contact this organization. They do not fulfill their obligations, they do not arrive on time, they do not connect the gas equipment, and most importantly, they do not set up the boiler correctly, which can lead to the failure of the gas equipment in the future. When you make claims against them, they say it's not us, it's the contractors, and there are a lot of excuses. So whose problems are these? Are they mine or the organization that hired these contractors??
