As for the food and menu: it's sparse, not colorful, not tasty; even though it's a pizzeria, the pizza itself is not up to par, the pizzeria in Europe is much tastier (and rightly so, because the pizzeria is run by an Italian, and who else but they are the best in this business). This is an honest review about the menu and dishes, not biased by personal attitude. As for the service, I can say that the staff is polite, which I can't say about the management. Boorish attitude and rudeness, Racists. Once upon a time, many years ago, an unpleasant incident occurred in the institution with some Roma from the city, who really behaved inappropriately. But you can 't put everyone on the same scale . There are good and bad people in every nation. But since then , as soon as at least one of the rums enters the establishment , they are immediately turned away , despite the fact that a family , young people , two girlfriends , and children have come in . We are not living in the Stone Age. And the Roma have long been emancipated and civilized . As a management , it doesn't suit you at all to expel children from your institution , especially in winter , and this has happened three times , just this winter , girls of about 14 are kicked out onto the street and are not allowed to drink tea , order pizza , sit , not stay too long , but just relax like everyone else . What kind of bestial attitude is this to put our potential customers in such a humiliating position, to select the menu, to expel, but at the same time allowing us to order something but only for takeaway, that is, we do not like rums but we favor money?! Shame on you! The atmosphere would be pleasant if you treated your customers well! Recommendation: although not in the very center, but also not very far away, there is a wonderful Europa restaurant where you will enjoy truly delicious and interesting dishes, in a wonderful atmosphere, with proper respect and a good attitude towards yourself.
