I was here in November 2024. The room was on the 8th floor with a fresh renovation, absolutely everything worked, they cleaned perfectly, all the staff was very friendly. The breakfasts are super and by the way the breakfast time is from 6 to 10:30 which is just mega convenient! They let you into the room with local friends without any problems. It is a 20-minute walk to Volking Street, motorcycle taxis are always on duty at the hotel, prices do not bend. There is a safe in the room for free!

It is located almost in the center of Pattaya. 8 floors. Swimming pool. There are no balconies. Smoking is strictly outside in the designated area. In the rooms: safe, air conditioning, kettle, refrigerator, hair dryer, TV, shampoo, shower gel, clothes dryer. Cleaning every day. They were given a bottle of water of 0.5 liters per person and a packet of tea and coffee per day. The breakfasts are good, European: eggs, rice, chicken, meat, pasta, pancakes, fruits. Upon check-in, they took a deposit of 500 baht per room (information is current at the end of November 2024). The hotel is for those who like to walk a lot. Tuk-tuks are 15-20 minutes on foot, to Volkin Street - 20-25 minutes, to the ferry to Lan Island - 35-40 minutes.

The hotel is cozy, delicious breakfasts, good room cleaning. I had a view of the parking lot from the window. There is a swimming pool in the courtyard, but it is shaded most of the day. The furniture is a bit poor: it would be possible to put full-fledged bedside tables near the bed, make more sockets. There is no remote control from the air conditioner, you can switch it only on the panel near the exit or through the application in your phone. Dental and shaving kits are not provided. There are no tuktuks on the street where the hotel is located. Walking distance to the coastline is about one and a half kilometers, but the sidewalks are very narrow and it is uncomfortable to be a pedestrian.
