I was here in November 2024. The room was on the 8th floor with a fresh renovation, absolutely everything worked, they cleaned perfectly, all the staff was very friendly. The breakfasts are super and by the way the breakfast time is from 6 to 10:30 which is just mega convenient! They let you into the room with local friends without any problems. It is a 20-minute walk to Volking Street, motorcycle taxis are always on duty at the hotel, prices do not bend. There is a safe in the room for free!

It is located almost in the center of Pattaya. 8 floors. Swimming pool. There are no balconies. Smoking is strictly outside in the designated area. In the rooms: safe, air conditioning, kettle, refrigerator, hair dryer, TV, shampoo, shower gel, clothes dryer. Cleaning every day. They were given a bottle of water of 0.5 liters per person and a packet of tea and coffee per day. The breakfasts are good, European: eggs, rice, chicken, meat, pasta, pancakes, fruits. Upon check-in, they took a deposit of 500 baht per room (information is current at the end of November 2024). The hotel is for those who like to walk a lot. Tuk-tuks are 15-20 minutes on foot, to Volkin Street - 20-25 minutes, to the ferry to Lan Island - 35-40 minutes.

The hotel is cozy, delicious breakfasts, good room cleaning. I had a view of the parking lot from the window. There is a swimming pool in the courtyard, but it is shaded most of the day. The furniture is a bit poor: it would be possible to put full-fledged bedside tables near the bed, make more sockets. There is no remote control from the air conditioner, you can switch it only on the panel near the exit or through the application in your phone. Dental and shaving kits are not provided. There are no tuktuks on the street where the hotel is located. Walking distance to the coastline is about one and a half kilometers, but the sidewalks are very narrow and it is uncomfortable to be a pedestrian.

We visited in February 2025. The room was not battered, there were no insects and there was no mold. Everything stated in the room was there and everything worked. Full-length paneled window. There was cleaning, coffee, tea, water, etc. were replenished every day. I liked the breakfasts, they were just great, the buffet type. The hotel is in an alley, so it's quiet. But everything is within walking distance, massage, nightlife, shops, market and beach 15-20 min walk. The staff is polite and not intrusive. We went on a field trip, took lunch with us, and did everything. Will I stay at this hotel again? Yes. Thailand is in my heart!

Nice hotel. The rooms are clean, there is water, coffee, TV. I think there's a cafe of my own, but we didn't go there.The location is so-so, it's a long way to the sea and the shopping center. A lot of ownerless dogs. There are 7-11 nearby. A normal hotel to stay in for 3-4 days.

The hotel has poor sound insulation, you can hear what the neighbors are discussing and what they are doing. The locals bring the girls for the night. The breakfasts were normal, but they didn't taste good to us. The dishes are cold, they don't know how to make scrambles. Drinks include coffee, tea, water and chymose orange juice. There is also no variety in fruits, mango has never been found, pineapple has rarely been found, and dragon fruit is often found. The staff is polite, you can rent beach towels for a day with a refund of the deposit. The area is good for walking and exploring the local rhythm of life.

Nice hotel, located in a quiet location. The food is wonderful. One of the disadvantages is that it's far from the beach. We were looking for a nice hotel closer to the pier and to be close to the city traffic + naturally budget-friendly and found this hotel. I'll tell you everything in order. The hotel positions itself as a 4*, but all 4 are different, I would give this one a 4, or better a solid three. About the hotel's masters: Wi-Fi for 3 days at the reception, two elevators, a safe in the room, 2 bottles of water, tea, coffee, shampoo, gel, a shower mat (no slippers, bathrobes), a TV with USB (without Russian channels, download movies in advance), air conditioning. The room is clean, modern, although rather it can already be called ordinary... Cleaning is carried out every day. I would not say that the breakfasts are varied, but you can fill your belly. They speak English at the reception and it seems like it's even good. There is a swimming pool, but for children, the maximum depth is something like 1.7 meters, maybe less. Pros: accommodation- you can walk, it takes 20 minutes to walk to walking street and 30 minutes to the pier. But we always took a taxi, Bolt to help. You can take a towel for the beach from the hotel, next to the elevators, but you will have to give a deposit of 300 baht at the reception if you notice) The room is quite quiet, the neighbors are not very audible, although maybe we are so lucky, if anything, then the main audience of the hotel is Asians from nearby cities or countries. In general, a pleasant hotel for a pleasant stay. Cons: 7-eleven is far away, 10 minutes to go. As I understood it, tuk-tuks don't ride on the nearby road, but we didn't need them. Well, the worst shower design... the glass curtain is purely for appearance, apparently, the bathroom floor is always in water, wherever the shower head is directed. Condey is also terrible, I saw them in three-piece back in 2008... He either freezes so that you can sit in a sweater, or barely breathes, and this is with a difference of 1-2 degrees on the screen, there is no remote control, only a screen on the wall at the entrance. And so, who searched all over the Internet and could not find information, I answer: Yes, there is a window and it can be opened wide, it is small and located on the edge, but it is enough to let in the fresh evening air. I'll give you another life hack) Take rooms with a view of the city, because the pool has its own fountain, it has been bubbling since the morning, as well as children screaming in the pool, and as you know, given that this is a well, the sound will be reflected and rise directly to your rooms) In general, we liked everything, it could have been better, but for this price you can turn a blind eye to it. I advise you! Have a good rest!

We really liked this hotel. A clean, cozy room (we had a double room) with a TV, an electric kettle and a mini fridge. Cleaning - every day, plus every day - a tea/coffee set: drinking water in 0.5l bottles, 3 in 1 coffee and green tea bags. There is a shower gel and a hairdryer in the shower room. The food (we only took breakfast) was beyond praise - the food was varied and not spicy. Apart from the main dishes - vegetables, fruits, pastries - everything was in abundance. The pool is clean and shallow, surrounded by sun loungers. In general, we were very satisfied)

We were at this hotel by fortune. The advantages of the hotel: clean rooms, pool, decent food, good cleaning, conscientious staff, but for some reason not smiling at all. Cons: the location is very far from the sea, there is no transfer, no balcony, one chair in the room and no table at all, no napkins in the room. This all means that the conditions in the hotel do not match!!! Categorically 4 stars!!! There are a huge number of three-star hotels in Thailand, which have gorgeous conditions, beautiful well-groomed territory. For some reason, there are no fried eggs in Beston for breakfast, which are familiar to Thay, instead it is some kind of a hodgepodge of eggs and vegetables. There is a lot of food, but it is not always delicious: not salted, not cooked. The pastries are absolutely not tasty, even the croissants are sticky like plasticine. One advantage is that they took it at a cheap price...

There is nowhere to sit in the evening, only in the room, which has one chair. The overall impression of the hotel is very bad, hardly 3 stars. Very far from the sea, 40 minutes on foot, which four? The location is in a slum area, to get out of there, you need to go through a dump with sleeping homeless people, there is a stink ... There are no decent cafes nearby, there are no shops. The cold pool with peeling trees and the small territory (the only one in the hotel) close at 20.00. There is darkness and garbage around the hotel.
