Yesterday I placed an online order for pickup, and while the experience ultimately ended well, the initial interaction with the cashier was quite disappointing. After presenting my order confirmation, the cashier remained at her desk, seemingly doing nothing for an extended period. It was unclear whether she was new and unfamiliar with the process or simply uninterested in assisting me. This left me feeling uncomfortable and neglected. Fortunately, another staff member, who appeared to be the team leader, noticed my situation. She quickly and efficiently resolved the issue, as it turned out my order was already prepared and readily available on a shelf just beside the cashier. Her professionalism and attentiveness were commendable, and she salvaged what could have been a very frustrating experience. While I appreciate the swift and helpful intervention of the team leader, the initial encounter with the cashier left a negative impression. I hope that the staff receives proper training and guidance to ensure all customers receive prompt and courteous service.

Здание не очень привлекательное, но сам магазин хороший, есть выбор, чисто, цены на животных ниже, чем мы смотрели в других магазинах. Есть выбор рыбок (не очень много, но популярные и оборудование подобрать можно), разных птиц, грызунов.

Есть над чем работать! Например, с ценой! Покупала корм для черепахи в данном магазине, на моё удивление цены очень высокие, так как, например в «Четыре лапы», тот же самый товар я покупала на 500 с лишним рублей меньше. Ближайший по карте был этот магазин от меня, поэтому была вынуждена побывать там и приобрести необходимый товар. Из-за цен вернуться в данную сеть магазинов желания нет! Так же, персонал не заинтересован в том, чтобы клиент приобрел карту лояльности и покупал продукт у них. Заинтересованности нет! В целом в магазине чисто, нареканий нет.
