I bought a VS 27 wrist tonometer, overestimates the readings by 20 units, called the company, the answer was shocking:such tonometers are recommended for people under 40 years of age! I am returning the product under warranty for the second time. The staff is slow, incompetent, inconsiderate, and rude. If you can turn a blind eye to the quality of the product at such a cost, then you need to solve something with the staff, either change it, or teach a culture of communication with customers.

Recently, a blood pressure monitor was handed over for repair under warranty, it was not turned on from the mains. They took it to my grandmother today. They connected it, pressed the button, but it doesn't work, although it was just taken from the service center. Either no one fixed the blood pressure monitor, or the adapter was replaced.
