She challenged the conclusion by measuring their blood pressure on the spot with her blood pressure monitor. They agreed that the beurer BC 28 was not working correctly, gave a new conclusion - the sensor was defective, beyond repair, and SENT IT TO ORSHA, AT the PLACE OF PURCHASE OF the tonometer, under the pretext that this was their procedure. At the same time, they noted that he would return to them in Minsk anyway! I sent a wrist tonometer to Orsha, and it was passed. They were very surprised that they were sent from the Minsk service center to take the blood pressure monitor to the place of purchase, they said that it was possible to sort it out on the spot in Minsk. This is such a "convenient" and "customer-oriented" service from Beurer in Minsk. I will never buy anything from this company, so as not to mess with their service.
