When I try to tell you what the problem is, he interrupts, speaks aggressively, and generally feels like I'm being considered a fool with a far-fetched problem. Ok. As a result, a marriage was discovered. The product is being changed. And here's a new problem. They only change the goods, we still have all the components, BUT! Our device was purchased in the year 23 and had a Micro USB charging connector. They replaced it with a new one and it has a Type C connector. I only noticed it at home. I'm calling Surganov. The same man, in his unfriendly manner, makes a fool of me again and says you gave us a non-native cable. OK, the native one was small in length, but I have it. BUT THE CONNECTOR IS ALREADY DIFFERENT. And no matter how hard I tried, the argument is still the same. But I still don't understand how I should use the old Micro USB cable with the Type C connector. The man said buy a new one. Bought. But is that really possible? I am glad that the low-quality product was replaced, but I am sure that the cable should have been replaced, I was not offered to bring my native one for exchange, but only sent in an aggressive manner to buy a new one. The call center didn't help either. It seems to be fine, the product has been changed, but this is a terrible service...I'm not sure that I will still buy products of this brand, so as not to get such an attitude for my own money...

An excellent location is near the Yakub Kolas metro station or the Academy of Sciences. spacious room, easy to find by the catchy sign. I liked that the product delivery expert really confidently demonstrated the assembly of the product, checked at idle, then folded everything neatly as it was. If I lived in Minsk, I would pick up my orders only at pick-up points.
