In November 2022 I bought a Beurer MG 147 massage pillow worth 220 rubles. in the online store of the office of the same name (the details include CJSC Territory Edelweiss), Europe shopping center, Surganova St.
The product failed for the first time in April 2023. Since I live in a rural area, I had to travel 200 km to the specified office. The repair was completed. The second breakdown occurred in October (the power supply unit, the control panel failed and the body of the product began to collapse under an absolutely intact outer cover). The warranty period is declared for THREE years.
After going the same way again and contacting this outlet, I received the answer that (quote): "the company is not responsible because you have no EVIDENCE of a FACTORY DEFECT. You will not prove anything, but you will go broke on examinations, we know the legislation."
