We paid for a New Year 's dinner about nothing .And also pay separately for water and alcohol. They didn't take dinners, preferred to wander around the city, a large selection of cafes. Taxis are expensive, to be honest, we rented a car from orange car phuket (enter into Google, we booked directly on the Internet). The staff is friendly in principle, ready to help, my daughter scratched her knee, they gave the local "iodine" at the reception (then they bought everything themselves). In the season, it is necessary to occupy the sun beds on the territory of the hotel early. The manager (Glenn?) during breakfast, I sometimes went out to chat with the people, get the opinions of the guests, and contact them. I didn't see ants in two of my rooms, we didn't have cockroaches, although I read reviews that someone had, but that's a tropical hotel, I'm calm about it (unless of course they run in droves). The advice on choosing a room is obvious, with sea view, although they will be more expensive. One year we lived in a room with a view of the road (the building to the right of the main one) - it was not noisy, but we had to pull the curtains. Will I come back again - yes (yes))). A large hotel and a small beach. That says it all. It felt like you were not in Tae, but somewhere in the resorts of the Krasnodar Territory. We went to Beyondcaron last year. Heaven and earth. I'm not coming here anymore. I don't like crowds of people. But in terms of restaurants, quality and variety of food, in particular fish dishes, Kata is better than Karon. So who cares. Who needs food, who needs the sea and space.

We stayed in March 2019. The only plus is the proximity of the beach. The room is disgusting, dark, damp, with mosquitoes and cockroaches. Moreover, they fly and climb out of the ventilation in the bathtub. The breakfasts are meager. We paid 140,000 rubles for 11 nights, and we regretted it. Russian-speaking Marina, aka Lisa (introduced by different names)just a boor, with an eternally dissatisfied face. This was the second hotel during our stay in Phuket, and it was spoiled by the impressions of this hotel. Cockroaches are crawling everywhere, we were shocked to say the least!!!

He doesn't have any more advantages. There are much better hotels on Katya in all respects, but you need to bypass the wall that separates the sea from the residential area. However, the price does not correspond to the quality. I always stayed in a deluxe room with a view of the pool. I have never seen such monstrous illiterate architecture. You sit on the balcony and you can't see the sea, because your gaze rests on the ugly concrete balustrades. But let's leave architecture alone. There is practically no furniture or design in the rooms. The furniture in all the rooms was randomly arranged. It's not cozy. There are no basic appliances in the bathroom. Now there is no shelf for shampoos and so on. The light is poor and incorrectly mixed, so you can't see your face, the top of your head glitters from the light. Today we live in room 2251. The light turns on only in the next room, you have to walk the whole room in the dark to turn it on. At the same time! Attention! There is a threshold of 7 cm on the way. We counted 3 floor levels in our room. The room, especially the entrance area, is a senseless amount of unnecessary furniture. There is a table, like a worker, but the light is at the back and you can't do anything on it because of this. Every year they improve everything, but it only gets worse. But this year's news. If you get up at 6 a.m. with the sun. Then, at the request of vacationers, it is allegedly impossible to occupy a sunbed up to 9 chamoa ... it is not allowed. My husband has been looking for his towels every half hour since 6 a.m., which are cleaned by employees. We must wait until the whole hotel gets up and then you can leave the towel and it will not be removed. I've never seen anything like this before. The food is not bad, but rather none.. Conclusion: if you have legs! Feel free to take other hotels, I used to live in 2 others, for example Centara. In a nice beautiful room, etc., but the price is completely different. This hotel is not worth the money. An incompetent Architect and a wrong owner have unsuccessfully coincided here. And the sea is great nearby!

This is where the advantages end, as for breakfasts, they are monotonous, an hour before the end no one wants to cook hot for you, you will have to stand over your soul or wait for the cooks at all, there is a shortage of dishes (you have to look for plates, glasses, find out from the staff) The hotel is located so that there are not a lot of restaurants and entertainment, there are 3 of them in the vicinity and street food, the food is the same everywhere, it's fast food and spicy, fried dishes (if you are with children or you have weak stomachs, it's worth thinking about), personally I was poisoned and lost 5 days running around hospitals. It was not possible to order food at the restaurant at the hotel, as weddings were held every day. As for the staff, these are people who always ask for money. I will give examples 1- they took the suitcase, the man did not leave the room until they gave 20 baht, after which he began to resent why so little, 2- they made a toilet bowl for us 4 times and asked for money each time (no one will respond to your requests the first time, even the guide warned us about it, it's such people), 3-right before departure, when the transfer was already in place, during check-out they demanded a beach bag that costs 500 baht, during check-in it was not there, when I started explaining in Thai through a translator, the man did not even read, he shouted and repeated the same thing. 4-no one will wash the floor in your room for free. We were given a room quickly, but every day I saw people screaming because at 10 p.m. they were not given a room (they should be at 2) and asked for money. The price is too high for such conditions Tip: always have small money with you, it happens that they do not give back and include fools, or do nothing until you give money (on excursions they will also ask for tips), do not listen to the guides, everyone is there for himself, if you choose an excursion, read as much information as possible on the Internet (excursions Thais organize and there will be little of the promised), you will not be able to present anything, hell for a perfectionist,(as for me, the best thing is not to go anywhere at all and enjoy the sea, it's really beautiful)
