First of all, I want to fix it, the residential complex (LCD) Seoul is located on A. Bekturov Street.
Unfortunately, the LCD is currently having problems. First of all, the territory of the residential complex has turned into a driveway. Many drivers from Syganak, Dostyk, Tole bi streets enter the yard at a decent speed and maneuver between the blocks of the residential complex. It's not safe, especially for children, the elderly, and moms with strollers. Well, the fact that blocks D and E of our residential complex turned out to be in the immediate vicinity of the Four Seasons and Evolution mansions. Since 2017, things have been getting worse and worse. They were waiting for blocks D and H to be completed, construction work would be completed and ... Let's live for our pleasure. Alas and ah, it didn't work out.

Excellent residential complex. Khan Shatyr shopping center is nearby, almost a 5-8 minute walk away. Convenient location, everything is within walking distance. Excellent infrastructure. Elevators, halls - everything is aesthetically pleasing and functional. The apartments are comfortable and cozy. There is an underground Parking, with access directly from the entrance.
