I have been a reader of this library for a very long time, but I want to note that in order to become a reader, you need to pay money for a library card. The money is not big. You can surf the Internet in the library for a fee. I usually read books and newspapers in the reading room, I prefer not to take anything in the subscription, just so as not to be due if I accidentally ruin or lose the book. There was an experience a long time ago when I couldn't find a book. I took a lot of books to this library by taxi, which some people threw out near the dumpster. So if you don't know where to put unnecessary books, it's better to give them to the library. The staff of the latter will gladly accept them. It is not necessary that there be new ones.
