As I see it, all the positive reviews here are about bicycle repair, so I share my rental experience.
To begin with, the bikes themselves are not bad, but there is no merit in this rental, they just bought and rented bicycles, praise the manufacturers for this.
Now there is an interesting story that makes this rental cause the most nauseating emotions:
I recently moved to an area where this rental just happened to be closer than others. I met a cyclist from Italy and went for a ride with her. Although she speaks Russian, but she doesn't understand the local rules, etc., apparently.
The employee of the rental immediately "warned" that if we want to take bicycles for sure tomorrow, then we need to solve the issue today, because they are being disassembled in the morning. That's the ONLY reason I took 1 contract for 2 bicycles and prepaid it with the idea to sort it out the next day. Whether to re-sign him, or something else, as we decide.
There wasn't much time, so I didn't delve into the contract, gave 45 rubles for tomorrow's rental and went about my business.
I'm reading the contract in the evening:
1) Clause 6.9 - It is forbidden to transfer the rented property to the management of other persons.
Question: then why do you sign a contract with one person for several bicycles??? Do you think that a person will ride two at once? Or is this a great opportunity to make the client guilty in case of something?
2) Although the rental period starts tomorrow, the date of transfer of bicycles is indicated today, as if I already have them, which is impossible even under this agreement itself, since the property is not transferred earlier than the rental period, which begins tomorrow.
3) No payment document is attached to the contract (yes, I was not given a receipt). But the cost of the bicycles themselves is carefully prescribed and several points that, if anything, it must be reimbursed.
The rental date is coming. I'm on the phone with that girl, she says that she was given a bike that is registered to me. I don't believe her, because it's against the law, and she obviously doesn't understand much. But when I arrive at the place, it turns out that they really gave her the bike. Just because "someone has a good memory for faces." Once again, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that it is a violation of current legislation to give a paid item to another person.
It would have been worthwhile to deal with the issue immediately on the spot with the involvement of law enforcement agencies, but it was not up to that, somehow I did not plan a couple of extra hours to clarify these issues, call the outfit, write a statement, etc. Once again: the girl came from Italy and was not very familiar with the local rules, and she did not have any contract of her own in her hands. Therefore, despite the fact that we called and discussed the situation, she missed the deadline that day.
I called the rental company in the evening to find out the situation, but all I heard in response was that these were my problems and the next day by 11:00 (this is the last rental period) both bicycles should be handed over, and no one intends to discuss the situation. And the fact that, to put it mildly, it was not convenient for me to go to the change at 11 o'clock was of little interest to anyone.
Fortunately, the girl turned out to be decent, although she still didn't really understand the rules and, as I understood it, just left the bike at the door.
How did someone come up with the idea to write down the property for one person and transfer it to another, I was never answered. But they were rude in the wake. And it also became very clear why I was extremely strongly asked to pay not by card, but in cash and was not given any check.
I recommend that anyone who has to rent bicycles here demand a receipt for payment, check the date of acceptance / transfer in the contract, make sure that you have a separate contract for each bike. Or better yet, just walk around.

I turned to this service, there are no complaints about the quality of services, on the second day after I picked up from the service, they do not work very quickly in the summer, but it is quite tolerable, because now it is the summer season and there are a lot of people with problems. The masters are polite, and do not offer unnecessary services, which is very good. The price tag is adequate. It 's a little unpleasant that they forgot to put the footboard on , well , it 's my fault that I didn 't check , I had to drive a second time . You can apply.

Excellent service and responsible employees. There was a sad experience of repair in OTHER workshops, but they always do it conscientiously. They don't charge money for every move: if they said that the rebar costs so much, then they won't take it anymore (others often start adding for "remove the rubber, put the rubber, blow off the wheel, pump up the wheel", increasing the price by one and a half times)

Excellent workshop. I was struck by the attitude towards the client. I am a bicycle mechanic, I asked the master to be present during maintenance, so they did not refuse me, in the process the master explained the actions and gave valuable care tips -I learned a lot of new things how to save on maintenance. By the way, they gave me tea, which I did not expect at all. Now I will be serviced only in this workshop and I will recommend everything to my friends.
