Almost always one window is open, 15-20 people can sit waiting and the second one will never be opened.
It took 32 minutes to pick up a small parcel, there were 5 people in the queue.

There is a very unpleasant guy working in this department, angry and rude, I have repeatedly seen how rude he was to visitors, especially unpleasant when he did it to foreigners.
