We have agreed with this company for distributorship, clarified the terms and products. After incurring serious costs, we learned that the two most important products were removed from the list without any prior notification and given to another party. This situation has negatively affected our plans and investments. In communication, a disrespectful and unprofessional attitude was displayed. The top management even refused to look for a solution. The last e-mail they sent clearly reflects this approach. An experience that does not inspire confidence, we definitely do not recommend it.
