We stayed for a day in January. The room is heated by air conditioning. The air is warm from above, but the floor is very cold. Clear. There is a safe (locked with a key, no batteries), kettle, dishes, tea and coffee, welcome water, refrigerator. In the bathroom: bathrobes, slippers, dental kits, shampoo, shower gel. There is an ironing board and an iron on the floor. There is a laundry service. There is a swimming pool in the courtyard. The usual breakfast (perhaps more varied in the season, judging by the photos in the reviews) is eggs, rice, oatmeal, bread, cold appetizers of the same type, cheese and sausage cuts, yogurt, cottage cheese, jam, muesli, juice, muffins. Coffee is brewed in Turkey. The hotel is located on a vacant lot, and apartment buildings are being built nearby. There is a large shopping mall nearby. Cars are constantly passing by the hotel during the day, and it's quiet at night.
