I left Hermes Oran for cleaning, everything is fine with the skin, but the sole just looks like it was torn with sandpaper. The girl at first convinced that it was so, then spread her hands. It is very strange, you pay for such shoes at the luxury rate, but they treat it worse than ordinary shoes (although it is logical that special care is due to it). Also, no one even thought to warn about the delay in time, the shoes were needed for the vacation, they were handed over in advance, but in fact they had to find out for themselves when they would be ready.
They don't know how to handle ugg boots either, I take them away in winter, and they said with such a white coating, "that's how it was."
I do not recommend contacting if you do not want to spoil your shoes and nerves.

If you want your brand-new, snow-white, boiling-white sneakers that were worn for 2 months in the city to turn into gray-dirty ones - here you are.
They stepped on my foot - my perfectionist wanted to continue to enjoy snow-white sneakers and so I decided to take them to the dry cleaners. For some reason, the 4.1 rating did not stop me. At the time of acceptance, the girls also said: "Your sneakers are very clean." They also put up 40% wear. To my question: why, if there is nothing worn out in 2 months except for creases? they replied that they put such wear on the machine. They warned that the creases would remain - I agree, especially since there was no goal to fix them.
After 2 weeks, I come to pick up my sneakers instead of my snow-white, boiling white ones

The shoes were put in for repair on 01.12. It was agreed with the manager that the master would inspect the next day and make a conclusion about the possibility of carrying out the necessary work. 02.12 the manager informed that the master can carry out the painting, with the proviso that the threads with which the shoes are sewn will be painted to match the shoes themselves, to which consent was obtained. After clarifying the deadlines (the manager announced a deadline of 10-14 days, "possibly earlier"), payment was made for cleaning, painting and restoring the backdrops. It was decided to use the services of this workshop in the first place due to the fact that the announced deadline for the work was satisfied and the painting of shoes was agreed upon. The last factor was decisive. On 12.12, a message was received about a possible delay in the repair. 15.15 I was informed that the workshop refused to paint: a service for which the shoes were repaired in this workshop. The refusal to dye shoes was not reported either after the initial inspection or during the work process. Only after the issue. They considered the refund of the amount for the canceled painting sufficient. Disgusting service

I do not recommend contacting this place.They brought a pair of shoes for repair, and they told us that they were doing repairs only with cleaning.Although this information was not registered anywhere!
Also, a couple of months ago, they brought a couple for another problem , and they told us that the master was on vacation , although I was chatting on Instagram and no one told me about this information, but on the contrary they wrote with questions when I would get to them.

There are questions about this place..a couple of times they came to repair shoes (with different cases) and for some reason there was always no master (then on vacation, then something else) plus they wind up additional work that is not needed (others did it without any problems and unnecessary windups)...although on Instagram they always invite and pretend to be interested..I do not recommend it!

Great guys! The shoes are like new! There were beige sneakers in a complex color, they were painted perfectly to match! We ordered Yandex delivery ourselves, everything is clear, they are not the best for nothing!
