Instead of consulting and helping, the seller began to behave rudely from the first seconds: ridicule, derogatory comments ("does the line even come out of this rod?"), a dismissive tone. At my request to show the range of spinners, the seller refused to do this, instead he began to impose another rod and declare that "I won't catch anything with mine." After I made a comment about his behavior and asked him to just sell the spinner, he groundlessly refused to sell. Such behavior grossly violates the norms of the law "On Consumer Rights Protection" and basic standards of service. I believe that this employee should not work with clients and should be shown to a specialist. This is probably the owner of the store. I bought the product in another store without any problems, received polite advice and successfully caught a fish. I ask you to conduct an inspection, take action against the seller and consider removing him from customer service.
