A large cozy room, the administrator is very cool. The subscription fee is also nice. There aren't many people. I go in the evenings, and it's almost empty towards closing time. On the downside, it's a little stuffy sometimes. Most of the simulators are not new, but everything works, so for me personally it's OK.
