A woman came after me, and the cashier said in Uzbek: "Put the woman in front of the queue." What is this attitude towards customers? Why are people who arrive later put in front without warning those who are already waiting? It's unprofessional and extremely disrespectful. When asked about the queue, the registry rolls its eyes and talks about the clinic's work schedule, but nothing on the case. The result: 3.5 hours were spent in the clinic for an MRI scan.

Unfortunately, my experience of going to the doctor Anvar Yunusovich turned out to be extremely disappointing. At the reception, I was confronted with an unprofessional attitude and lack of proper attention to the patient's complaints. The doctor did not explain the reasons for the prescribed treatment and did not answer the substantive questions. He seemed to be indifferent to the patient's condition and the outcome of therapy. After the visit, I had to turn to another specialist, who made a more accurate diagnosis and prescribed effective treatment. I believe that a doctor should be more attentive, more competent and take more responsibility for his work. I hope he no longer works in this field, but has found a more suitable profession (taxi driver, shoemaker). Don't thank me.
