We visited this institution for the first time. As soon as we came in and sat down, we waited a long time for the waiter to pay attention and come up with the menu, in the end we had to call on our own We ordered tea and brownies. I asked for dessert without coconut chips, the waiter said he would find out about it and tell me, in the end no one said anything, they brought it with shavings) A photo on the menu and dessert in life - expectation/ reality, only blueberries (in a drunken state) There should have been strawberries, but alas, when I asked why there were none, the waiter replied, "It's over." Tea bagged, tastes like plain water, completely tasteless In general, we were dissatisfied with both the service and the food.🥲

We had a Turkish breakfast on 24.08. Breakfast was brought to us - it was delicious. The menu says you can order unlimited tea and coffee. I ordered coffee. Then my husband decided to order coffee for himself, and the waiter replied that he had run out of any coffee at all - Americano, cappuccino, etc. My husband asked me to bring tea then. As a result, no tea was brought to us, but the neighbors (mostly Turks) continued to bring coffee as if nothing had happened. In the end, I went up to the manager and said that they hadn't brought us anything. Tea was immediately brought to us, but the mood was ruined. As a result, the food is delicious, the service is zero.
