I was booked for styling before an important event, we discussed what I wanted with the master in advance, as a result, I did a comb in front, like a piece on my head, asked her to remove it, she tried, but little changed when she asked to show me the back (which, according to the idea, the master should have offered me), there was generally something wrong It's dark, the curls are bald, and it feels like they were laid three days ago and I slept with her. In the end, I said that I didn't like the word at all, to which the master quietly replied under his breath, you don't have to pay and left. At the same time, the receptionist immediately came out and accepted the payment. As a result, I came home and washed my hair with difficulty (there was so much varnish that they didn't pour so much on my wedding hairstyle), fortunately there was time for manipulation. The mood was ruined, the money was thrown away, and there were no apologies or attempts to fix the situation.
