I understand that something may go wrong with the master, overexpose the composition and the color will become colder. I am an adequate person. But! What I can't understand is that when clarifying the situation with the administrator, the master said that I was showing another photo! Another photo! As a client, do I really want my hair to turn purple? I paid for the job in full. I didn't ask for a refund, I didn't ask for a discount. I just wanted an apology from the master, not the administrator. And she got accused of lying. I also asked the master not to turn my hair gray. Unfortunately, it turned purple-gray.
