The complaint has been written!December 2, 2025, and today is January 14, 2026, there is still no answer. But I solved this issue in half an hour, it turns out that the service number of the company that produces these toilets was indicated on the toilet bowl box, I sent them all the data where I bought it, and when, and the photo and video of the defect, three minutes later they sent me a conclusion that this was a manufacturing defect and that we returned this toilet bowl to the store.. The management was very surprised, but the money was returned. I will now investigate why there is no response to the complaint. Maybe my review will help someone. Half an hour later, they took it out packed and loaded it into my car. When unpacking and assembling, it turned out to be not a complete set (without a part of the frame and wheels). I returned to the store again (from the neighboring city of Kirovsk, about 30 km away) with a complaint. The young man (an electrical goods consultant) said that it was nothing terrible, a simple human factor and it was only a 30-minute drive from Kirovsk! It's not that he didn't get an apology, but he sent a message saying, what do you want? And waiting for a consultant in any department is a big problem! I do not recommend this store!!!

When the installer arrived and already in good, bright lighting, they saw the marriage. The door was not installed. There were several scratches, one deep, the second one was covered with paint. 12 days have passed since receipt, according to the law "on consumer protection", we know that it is possible to replace an inferior door that has not been used and the packaging has been preserved for 14 days.According to the law, the seller (firm) does not have the right to reduce the period. To which the sales consultant from the door store said that if we had applied within 2 days, we would have had the door replaced. But more than 7 days have passed and the director refused, because this is a mechanical damage. I.e., I made the examination with the eyes of the director. They also did not deliver the goods, we had to urgently go to the store for them because they installed the doors in the apartment, with indignation that this could not be, they personally shipped the car, the sellers went to look for the warehouse, it's good that they found it. But we had to spend our time and the time of the people who installed the doors for us. When the front door was installed, the sales consultant gave the installer's number, he arrived and installed it poorly. I damaged the handle and did not fix the panel on the outside of the frame. Such a big company, recently opened and such a bad attitude towards customers. I could write a complaint, apply to consumer protection, write them a letter and the showdown would begin. But I didn't want to tear my nerves. Everything will come back. Buyers, check when buying, and especially during delivery for integrity and for the presence of each bolt, etc.
