Terribly incompetent people. We bought the tiles, took a long time to choose, waited an hour for them to be found in their warehouse and given out, tired of waiting. We arrived home, started putting it in a week, we didn't notice it right away, in the process it turned out that they gave us another tile, apparently some kind of illiquid, half of it was scratched, upon arrival at the store they refused to issue a refund and exchange, they say, it had to be handed over in batches, although they were given out not in batches but individually, apparently because of this and scratched. We will file a claim with all the consequences.

The product range is good, the prices are normal, but the staff is not what. I stopped by twice on Saturday, looking for a door consultant. I found it, arranged for the measurer to arrive, asked for contacts and feedback on Monday, Tuesday at the most. They didn't give me my contacts, they took mine. No reply, no greetings... I lost a week, but the position is under the order! I won't make it until the new year(( Product range,+ Price,+ Staff ⭐⭐ In short, I'm shooting another star. Nevertheless, I knocked out the measurer at the door (I went to the store again), a competent person was pleased, explained everything and showed it. I'm coming to the store once again to draw up a contract! And then it turns out that the doors I want are not made of non-standard, although it is clearly written: "custom manufacturing is possible." I started looking for options, but the salesperson didn't even get up from her computer and try to recommend options! As a result, I was delayed for two weeks, the order was never placed, and four trips to the store were in vain!

Terrible service. I walked for 40 minutes looking for someone to ask if there was a hose of the right size for me. No one knows anything if you find someone. Like a museum, I came and looked and left. Because it's not possible to find out anything. I thought that didn't happen.
