Professional consultants who know the range of the entire store. No employee will ignore you if you contact them, accompany them to the right department, know the price range, etc. I was lucky not to make the first purchase for repairs together with the store employee Tatiana Vladimirovna Mikulich. A friendly girl! There is a competent answer to any questions and requests. Shopping, thanks to her, is only a joy. In the process of working with you, Tatiana Vladimirovna always has enough time, patience and tact to answer questions and requests from interns (who work in the store). We quickly picked up the entire range of products for the renovation of the room. And they didn't notice how they were already in the cash register area! I would also like to express my gratitude to the girls at the information center - Violetta and the girl who arranged the cashless payment (mirrors and bathroom accessories)! P.S. Good assortment, good location. The prices, of course, are not the best, but in this area, apparently, it does not happen otherwise. I take a point for the fact that with such a large store area, the management is clearly saving on employees, or rather on their number. There are not enough people in the halls, so you have to look for everything yourself, and because of this, a visit can easily last 1.5-2 hours. Maybe it's some kind of marketing move to make people buy more when they walk around the store, but it creates discomfort.

The prices are quite high, and the abundance of the assortment does not always meet the needs. For example, I couldn't find a gas hose of the right size and quality (1 manufacturer - that's the whole choice). There are very few employees in the plumbing department - you can wait more than 10 minutes just to ask. You can praise the product return system. An unsuitable product can be returned fairly quickly.
