The largest hardware store in the city. The parking lot is large. The product selection is huge. I needed a main catridge for the Barrier filter, but alas I did not find it. The prices of the goods are different. In a word, a big store and great prices. And not everything can be found and bought. I won't say that the store was already super. On a strong 4.

My visit to the Build store left extremely negative impressions, especially regarding the work of consultants. I came to the store with specific questions and expected professional help, but unfortunately, I was faced with complete incompetence.
When I asked clarifying questions, the consultant started responding with obvious annoyance, which created an unpleasant atmosphere. This attitude towards customers is absolutely unacceptable! In addition, when I tried to contact another consultant, I faced a similar situation. It seems that the staff is not properly trained and does not realize the importance of customer service. I hope that the store management will pay attention to these problems and take measures to improve the service.
