Terrible service. We ordered the doors, they came with broken glass. They sent the canvas to be replaced, and waited about a month. The doors were brought back with broken glass, only one part was replaced. Is it like accepting and handing over a job in order not to see it or pretend that everything is fine? Not to mention that initially the doors were waiting for 2 months, when they asked for the ones that were in stock to get them faster. Then the story began that the doors were there, but the fittings hadn't arrived yet. We've been waiting for accessories for 2 months))) "excellent" job!

In addition, when I tried to contact another consultant, I faced a similar situation. It seems that the staff is not properly trained and does not realize the importance of customer service. And why not? Then it turned out that all the goods were auctioned. We checked - not a single position. The whole conversation was going on in raised tones! I had to go all over the store looking for a suggestion book. They took her out of the director's office. It was only when I started writing a complaint that they began to propose a solution to this conflict. But the birthday is already ruined!!! As a result, I got 10 percent without bonuses! I just visited this store. I am a builder and I am engaged in house renovation. But sometimes it infuriates the lack of price tags on the product, the absence of a sales consultant, the terminal's failure to read prices, and long queues at the same checkout...
