Silent and neat environment to study but workers are really rude , disrespecting readers . Some of them talked eachother loudly and even calling someone , distracting others. Plus, limited range of books , I'm dissatisfied with their service.

The photo is taken right there on the 1st day of treatment. The card is paid, but inexpensive. Books need to be renewed. Otherwise, there will be a fine of 500 soums for 1 book for 1 day of delay. In fact, the rules are a little softer, for a small delay they may not be punished. The books are certainly not new, but there is everything necessary for students in literature.
