Technically, everything is not bad, spacious, a lot of tables, not stuffy, not cold, there is a good kitchen, (about cues, smooth or not - I'm not a professional, unfortunately..)
But with friendliness and convenience, caring for guests - it's kind of tight ((. It seems that you came there - and you already owe something all the time (besides money), as if you were doing a favor that you were accepted.. Well, to begin with, there is no paper printed menu! And they arrogantly tell you that you have to look at everything on your mobile phone.. That's why I, a guest, spoil my eyesight and stare at the screen again??? And if I happily forgot it at home at all, or I basically only wear a push-button one if I don't have Internet or charging... Why are these "show-offs" from the institution? Annoy. Well, and a few more such sketches..

A great billiard club. High-quality tables, both for Russian billiards and for pool. Quite "strict" pockets on Russian tables. The staff is polite and friendly. The prices for the game and the bar are quite acceptable. Every year, when I visit Minsk, I definitely visit it. We can work on WC a little bit.

To the question "what is the additional charge for pre-booking?" the laconic answer was received, "so you didn't pay in the end." To put it mildly, this is an unusual situation for Minsk, but, as I understand it, the institution absolutely does not care as long as there is a flow of customers.

The billiards is good, we took a pool and Russian, we liked everything. The main advantage is that it is not smoky in the room. One of the disadvantages is food. I was at Billy Joyce's pool club with friends. I was very pleased. There are tables of different sizes and types, so you can choose according to your level and preferences. The prices for the game and drinks are adequate, they do not bite. The kitchen was also pleased, we ordered snacks, everything was delicious and fresh. We arrived at the appointed time - the administrator asked a question about paying for the game, "in fact" will you pay or immediately? We chose the method - in fact. 2 hours of the game passed and the game was stopped for us, another company came. Approaching the administrator, I asked: "what does the game actually mean?" I received a reply: "This is your actual game time, but you booked for 2 hours. It was a shock and a lot of questions for us. Why did I pay for the table reservation? Why was it necessary to offer an after-the-fact payment service? And was it really difficult to clarify - payment upon payment , but no more than the time you booked (i.e. no more than 3 hours ) I asked this question to the administrator - to which he replied - "take the complaint book and write your complaints"
