I recently visited BIM, and, to be honest, I was very pleasantly impressed. The store itself is clean, spacious, everything is neatly laid out, nothing is scattered, the shelves are full and tidy. But what I remember most is not that, but the service. I especially want to highlight the girl with glasses and black hair. 🌸 She was incredibly polite, attentive, and simply charming. There was a kind of kindness and calmness coming from her, which turned even an ordinary purchase into a pleasant moment. She helped me find the right products quickly, explained everything in detail, offered options, and even suggested how to save money. She communicated with respect, with a slight smile, without a drop of irritation — it is clear that a person loves his job and treats clients with a soul. I want to say separately that she looked very well — groomed and attractive: neat black hair, stylish glasses and kind eyes. And all this together created the feeling that you were not just in a store, but somewhere where you were really welcome. Otherwise , BIM is also on top: the range is rich — you can find everything you need., The prices are adequate, and discounts and promotions are especially encouraging., cash desks work quickly, without queues, It's nice to be inside — clean, bright and cozy. After the visit, I really left in a good mood. I would like to thank this particular girl for her professionalism, courtesy and the fact that she makes the store a better place with her attitude. Thanks to such employees, BIM becomes a place where you want to return. --- Result: A great store with a pleasant atmosphere, affordable prices and wonderful staff. And the girl with glasses and black hair is just an example of what real customer service should be like. I wish there were more people like that! 🙏

It's a very cool place! The ramen shop is a godsend: you can brew it right away and eat in peace on the spot. It's spacious, cozy, and nothing gets in the way. The staff is young, friendly, and the atmosphere is like visiting friends. The prices are more than adequate. A regular customer!

We are very disappointed with the quality of the service. The order was placed before 21:30 and was supposed to be delivered by 22:07, however, we received it only at 22:52. In addition, the delivery was carried out in garbage bags - this is completely unacceptable. Even the minimum packaging standards were not met. Expectations were not fulfilled. We hope that you will take action and reconsider your approach to the quality of service.

poor service, disorganized staff. They often linger at the checkout. I was going to buy onigiri today, but the guy at the checkout said that onigiri was not for sale for unknown reasons. Then I asked for a corndog, it turned out that it wasn't for sale either. I just took noodles. Literally 3 minutes later, my friend came in and bought 2 onigiri. Very strange. I noticed that most of the time teenagers or very young people who do not take their work very seriously work there.
